Sadly , it never connects . I've tried multiple phones over the years and the app won't even open and even when it did it was very unstable. One of the reasons why I'm moving away from mercedes
Why is this still in the app store??
Leider ist diese App kaum nutzbar, da die Server laufend nicht erreichbar sind. Edit: 4 Jahre später und es funktioniert immer noch nicht ordentlich. Armutszeugnis von Mercedes.
Keep locking you out and you have to wait until you can get a new code until you get back in
Not user friendly. Session expires quickly and need to get new pass code via separate email when you want to use it. Consequently don't use it much now.
This app is terrible, cannot even open it without there being a connection issue! Come Merc, sort it out!
Great app, so handy and now with many updates it's pretty useful
Rubbish app
Bought a real car a Jag
Slow and unreliable. Not able to start the heating in case car is parked for longer period. Now the entire remote control for the heater just disappeared from the app, mids of the winter. Helpdesk totally hopeless, local Mercedes dealer can not help either. Outage now several days and counting. What can you say, car is nice but digital services are simply below reasonable.
